Ps4 dlc purchased but not downloaded

DLC won't download even though it is purchased. So I recently bought some DLC from the Japanese PS Store. I bought a code from playasia and entered it. Everything worked out fine. The DLC I bought was the season pass (which included new costumes and such) for Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone, a game exclusively on the Japanese store. You can visit the DLC's Store page to verify that it has been installed. If you've purchased an expansion pass, your DLCs are not automatically installed. Instead, you will need to visit that DLC's store page, where you should be able to download and install the DLC. Once installed, the DLC should appear on The Outer Worlds' Main Menu as Unlocked.  · Hi. I'm having similar problems, but for PS3. Both this and The Sims 4 Deluxe Party Edition game were purchased as digital downloads. The PS4 states that the Vampire DLC was downloaded successfully, but when I get into the Sims game it states that I need to download the Vampire pack in order to use the content.
